5th International Symposium on Clinical Applications of Serum Free Light Chain Analysis
This meeting was held at the Assembly Rooms in Bath, UK 18-19 September 2008 and was attended by around 400 haematologists, nephrologists and laboratory experts from all over the world. Key opinion leaders presented their experiences with serum free light chain assays and the accompanying benefits offered to patients. Lively discussion during the sessions added value to the meeting and the new poster session was well supported. Audio presentations of most talks are available to view. A synopsis of all talks plus all poster abstracts presented was also published by Haematology Meeting Reports.

4th International Symposium on Serum Free Light Chains
“Free light chain diseases and renal damage” was held at the University of Warwick on September 22nd 2006, followed by a dinner in the Great Hall at Warwick Castle. 220 delegates attended.

3rd International Symposium on Serum Free Light Chains
“Applications of serum free light chains (FLC) tests in Haematology” was held at the University of Warwick on September 10th 2004, followed by a dinner in the Great Hall at Warwick Castle. 172 delegates attended.

2nd International Symposium on Serum Free Light Chains
“Applications of serum free light chains tests in Haematology” was held at the University of Warwick on October 25th 2002, followed by a dinner in the Great Hall at Warwick Castle. Over 150 delegates attended.

1st International Symposium on Serum Free Light Chains
“Serum Free Light Chain Assays” was held in Birmingham, UK on 29-30 March 2001. Around 40 delegates attended.
